Reservation Deposit

3 nights rent due within 10 days of booking. 5 nights rent required for stays of 21 days or longer. Blance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellation fee will be $50. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date, the cancellation fee will be $150 or the cost of the accommodations for three nights, whichever is less.
